- Return Policy
We accept product returns under the following conditions:
- The product must not have been opened, or damaged, and must be in its original, new-looking packaging.
- Once delivered, the product cannot be returned unless the buyer contacts us at vardanihaircare@gmail.com and the return is approved.
- Returns are eligible only if the product meets the above conditions. The buyer will be responsible for shipping the product back at their own cost.
- Refunds for returned products will be initiated once the product has been received and verified.
- Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only for eligible returns:
- Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Eligible returns are those in original new packaging, unopened, and undamaged.
- Refunds will be processed after the product is returned to our address. Refunds will generally be initiated to the original payment method, but in some cases, may be refunded through alternate means.
- Cancellation Policy
Customers are advised to cancel their orders before the product is dispatched to claim a full refund.
- If the customer fails to cancel before dispatch, they may deny delivery at the time of delivery. The shipping company will return the product to us, and we will process the refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded in such cases.
- No extra charges will be applied for cancellations.
- Defective or Damaged Products
- We are not responsible for defective or damaged products as it is the sole responsibility of the delivery partner to ensure safe delivery.
- The product cannot be exchanged.

- For incorrect product deliveries, customers must provide proof in the form of both photos and videos to process returns and refunds.
- Non-Returnable Items
Used, opened, or damaged products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
